Although the field of travel medi-cine is relatively young, the number oftextbooks about the field is growing.This international trio of authors fromSwitzerland, the United States, andSingapore, recently published the sec-ond edition of their textbook, whichadds new chapters and updates epi-demiologic information. Because ofthe complexity of travel medicine,good resources for clinicians and trav-elers are needed. This edition repre-sents a welcome addition to the libraryof travel medicine
