A 21-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of a huge vulvar mass. The lesion in her left labium major had gradually grown to its present size over the course of 6 months. She did not seek medical help until she could no longer tolerate the increasing pain. Physical examination revealed a 15?×?7?×?3?cm cauliflower-like mass in her vulvar region, accompanied with profuse malodorous discharge (Figure 1). No inguinal lymphadenopathy was identified. Human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA type 6 was positive and an HIV screening test was negative.
