Neutrino emissivity ()from the direct URCA(dURCA) process and the URCA processes with K-andcondensations are consideredsimultaneously inneutron star matter. The neutrino emissivity due to the dURCAprocess plays a dominant role. However, antikaon condensationschange the chemical potential of electrons, the effective masses ofnucleons and the matrix elements of the reaction for the dURCAprocess. These changes make the neutrino emissivity for the dURCAprocess decrease. In this case, with antikaon condensations thetotal neutrino emissivity becomes lower. We believe that antikaoncondensations are unfavorable for fast cooling of neutron stars. Key words: stars: neutron - dense matter -neutrinos
