Karim Bakery is a company engaged in the fields of bread production. Fluctuations in the price of raw materials is one of the factors inhibiting the production activities, besides a high return rate also resulted in reduction the profit of the company. Decision-making regarding the determination of the amount of production is still done manually and not done with the analysis first. Karim Bakery is necessary to change the way decisions about the allocation of production resources in a new way. This change was done so that production resources can be allocated in the best way and generate the maximum revenue for the company, using linear programming models. Implementation of linear programming models using decision support system applications, POM-QM. Results from this research that when Karim Bakery apply linear programming, the company will earn a larger income up to 3%-31% than the production system of the company so far.
