PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGOLAHAN NILAI RAPOR BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS PADA SMA KEBON DALEM)

Student report is a collection of subjecta€?s final scores which combined at the end of semester each academic year. In order to produce student report, homeroom teacher incorporate the score of all subjects. The student report processing takes a long time because the process is done manually. The required steps to produce the report are not simple which often makes student report distribution behind the schedule. Scores data that are spread across multiple computers also make the teachers difficult when there is a change of scores data because teachers must ensure that the scores data is the latest one. The situation is occured in Kebon Dalem Senior High School. These problems can be solved by using web based score processing system. Use the developed system, the scores data is stored in a centralized database. Subject teachers do not need to send the score to homeroom teacher because the score is inserted directly into the system. Homeroom teacher can access current scores data directly from the system. Score calculation by homeroom teacher more quickly and easily because doing by the system.
