PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN BERBASIS DESKTOP (Studi Kasus pada Puskesmas Brati Kab. Grobogan)

Outpatient is a patient care for observation, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, medical and other health services without having to stay in the hospital. Health Center is one of the health centers, especially in ambulatory care. Outpatient services quickly and effectively is essential in order to give satisfaction to the community health centers. Ambulatory care information system-based desktop can help the processing of data and reports required in ambulatory care at the clinic. Information system design desktop-based outpatient services using the method of system development, namely the System Development Life Cycle. At the clinic Brati Grobogan is one of the health centers are still using manual methods in the process of outpatient services. Outpatient services using manual methods considered not helpful in terms of reporting and data storage outpatient. The expected result of this research is to produce systems that outpatient services quickly and accurately as well as facilitate in making statements about outpatient and avoid the risk of data loss associated with ambulatory care clinic.
