In this paper, it takesmobile tourism for example to classify and describe contextinformation firstly ,then extract scene features to constructa quality restriction system and eventually build up a selfguidedontology-based mobile information managementmodel for the context. It also cites West Lake Self-help guideas an example to verify the validity of above model in thispaper.
