PURPOSE: An ontology modeling and a knowledge base ontology framework for dynamic context awareness are provided to perform ontology modeling to supply knowledge and accurate situation decision to a user in various situations which dynamically vary under a ubiquitous environment. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge base(11) has an ontology corresponding to three kinds of spaces which are classified into an indefinite space(113), a static space(111) and a core space(112). An application(13) provides a user with a service based on an estimation result transferred from a reasoning engine(12). The estimation engine transfers the estimation result to the application based on the ontology within the core space.
