摘要

The diffraction fields and the shadow of standingtree diffraction are solved by using polygons to approximatelytake the place and approximation as approximate substitutesof for the circle. The algorithm model of ray pathtracing is computed by tracing the ray path on standing tree.Considering electromagnetic wave propagation, which aphysical model of diffraction for a forest is constructed. Themathematical model of diffraction is presented using theuniform geometrical theory of diffraction(UTD). Moreover,the expression for diffraction loss is derived. The results werethen applied to the fir. Simulation and analysis show thevalidity of the proposed model.
