摘要

The optical and / or photoelectric system has a fluorescence image super-resolution system based on cone diffraction, including Bayesian reconstruction algorithm. The formula of object reconstruction and its spatial and / or temporal and / or spectral properties are considered as a Bayesian inverse problem.The definition of a posteriori distribution is given. The light distribution in the sample is estimated by using point emission clouds, which is conducive to a frugal solution. Monte Carlo Markov chain (MCMC) algorithm is used for a posteriori mean estimation.
