摘要

Tacit knowledge management requiresknowledge owners’ participation because of the taciturnityof tacit knowledge and its inseparability from its owners.Project team, as an effective form, provides its members theopportunity and surroundings of sharing tacit knowledgeamong each other. In a project team, the affinity ofmembers is more important to knowledge management.Interpersonal affinity can be comprehended that within aneffective institution, its members can spatially andpsychologically work together out of the common interestsand benefits, in which they hope to offer an effectivesolution and make cooperation. Based on affinity, thisarticle constructed the frame of tacit knowledgemanagement in project team. Besides, it also separatelydiscusses the tacit knowledge management in the threelevels in project team: member level, team level andcorporation level.
