隐性知识地图：虚拟科研团队的知识管理策略研究

摘要

通过内部专家与外部专家之间的文献引用关系构建隐性知识地图是组建和管理虚拟科研团队的一种有效策略。文章以某科研机构为例，以“CNKI中国引文数据库”中的文献引用数据为基础，应用Ucinet和Netdraw等软件工具进行研究，得出虚拟科研团队组建管理的具体步骤和应该注意的相关问题。认为，在应用合著、引文、博客等各种策略构建隐性知识地图的过程中，应主辅结合，综合运用，扬长避短，适时调整，以达到虚拟科研团队组建管理的最优化。%Establishing tacit knowledge map is a useful strategy to create a virtual R＆D team by citation relations between internal and external experts. Based on a research institutions and its citation data from Chinese Citation Database, the study applies Ucinet and Netdraw to obtain general steps about creating a virtual R ＆ D team.
