摘要

To effectively measure supply chain performanceis one of the most important aspects for supply chainmanagement, which can help decision makers analyze thehistorical performance and current status, and can helpthem set future performance targets. We firstly base on theSupply Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR-model)to construct an index system for evaluating the supplychains’ overall performance, and then use AnalyticHierarchical Model (AHM) to determine the weight of everyindex in the system. In order to effectively evaluate thesupply chains’ overall performance, we define thedistinguishable weight to eliminate the redundant indexdata and extract valid values to compute object membership.Lastly, we use an example to illustrate the effectiveness ofthe proposed approach, whose results show that thecombined model could effectively evaluate supply chains’overall performance and identify improvement aspects.
