摘要

According to actual maintenance needs, designed a kind of adjustable width technology bogie with hollow shaft, it meets all kinds of bullet trains. Using SolidWorks software to establish 3D model of the adjustable width technology bogie, and the hollow shaft is analyzed and optimized by ANSYS software. The adjustable width technology bogie with hollow shaft is assessed referring to the Ministry of Railways Standard Railway vehicles strength design and tesstandard(TB/T1335-1996). The results are consistent with the practical application, and the process bogie meets the requirement.
