可调宽度中空轴动车工艺转向架设计与分析

摘要

Based on actual maintenance needs it designs a kind of adjustable width technology bogie with hollow shaft,which meets all kinds of bullet trains.It establishes 3D model of the adjustable width technology bogie in SolidWorks software,analyzes the hollow shaft and obtains the optimization design parameter in ANSYS software.It assesses the adjustable width technology bogie with hollow shaft according to the vehicles strength design standard and test standard (TB/T1335-1996) of railways ministry.The results are consistent with the practical application.%根据实际检修需要,针对不同型号动车,设计了一种通过调节宽度从而满足各种动车型号需求的中空轴工艺转向架.首先利用SolidWorks软件建立可调宽度中空轴工艺转向架三维模型,然后通过ANSYS软件对中空轴进行分析和优化,并参照铁道部相关标准对其进行了强度评定,所得分析结果与实际应用情况相符,满足使用要求.
