The device (1) has adjustable blades (4-9) adjustable in a non-usage position opposite to a shaft (2) or a strip-shaped support by a connecting rod. The shaft is designed as a hollow-shaft, and the connecting rod is arranged in an inner side of the shaft, where one of the blades is rotatable around an axis (13) that is extended parallel to the shaft. An outer diameter of the shaft and an inner diameter of the blades are coordinated with each other in such a manner that a return movement of the blades takes place in contact to a surface of the shaft.
