摘要

A new pattern of graduation project with the characteristics of highlighted communication and synergy, intensified BIM-5D application, emphasized overall process and interdisciplinary study is established by applying BIM-5D technology into the undergraduates’ graduation project, with combining the content of the construction industry, such as the design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance directly with the connection to construction companies. The settlement of the employment rate of engineering cost majors in colleges and universities is the primary issue. Logit regression analysis method is applied in this paper to establish a Logit model to forecast the employment rate after the reform of the graduation project on engineering cost program. It is proved by the results that the graduation project reform exerts significant influence on the employment of all the engineering cost students. In accordance with the Logit regression model, the reform of BIM-5D-based graduation project on engineering cost should be further promoted, and can provide certain theoretical and practical experience to the reform of the engineering cost program in other colleges and universities.
