With more and more Chinese enterprises having participated in the competition for projects on the overseas market, how to manage overseas expatriates becomes challenges for these enterprises. In order to find out the ways to effectively manage expatriate staff, this paper studied effects of affect of employees' affect on their psychological contract breach. 795 overseas staff from 11 Chinese transnational enterprises in South Africa and Zimbabwe as samples, multiple regression and interaction analysis are used to studies the influences of positive affect and negative affect on transactional contract breach. Results show that after other variables are controlled, affective personality is still able to effectively explain the variance change of the transactional contract breach. However, this interpretation rate of variance is contributed not by positive affect but by negative affect. Also, the paper tests influences of standardization of human resource management of organizations and it’s interaction with affective personality on transactional contract breach, which found that the more standardized the human resource management is, the lower the degree of transactional contract breach will be. However, only negative affect is involved in the influence of the interaction between it and standardization of human resource management on transactional contract breach. The results are discussed in detail, and suggestions to reduce the degree of transactional contract breach of dispatched employees in Chinese overseas enterprises are given.
