Right to Lawful Defense as a Reason for Justification 'Comparative Study'

摘要

The purpose of this research is to identify the right to lawful defense as a reason for justification by identification of the concept of lawful right to defense and its basis in Qatari and Jordanian and laws, and conditions of the right to lawful defense as well as the restrictions of right to lawful defense, and to identify how to prove the right to lawful defense. The researcher used the inductive methodology and analytical comparative methodology. This research was divided into four topics.
