Objective: To study the correlation between urine albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in patientswith diabetic nephropathy and the content of serum oxidative stress and angiogenesis indexesas well as peripheral blood T cells. Methods: Patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectivelyanalyzed, and patients with <3 mg/mmol, 3-30 mg/mmol and >30 mg/mmol were screenedrespectively as the DM1 group, DM2 group and DM3 group of the study; healthy volunteerswere selected as control group. Serum was collected to determine oxidative stress andangiogenesis indexes, and peripheral blood was collected to determine the content of T cells.Results: Serum SOD, GSH-Px and CAT content as well as peripheral blood Th2 and Tregcontent of DM1 group, DM2 group and DM3 group were significantly lower than those ofcontrol group and the higher the ACR, the lower the serum SOD, GSH-Px and CAT content aswell as peripheral blood Th2 and Treg content; serum MDA, 8-OHdG, VEGF, Ang1 and Ang2content as well as peripheral blood Th1 and Th17 content were significantly higher than thoseof control group and the higher the ACR, the higher the serum MDA, 8-OHdG, VEGF, Ang1and Ang2 content as well as peripheral blood Th1 and Th17 content. Conclusion: Enhancedoxidative stress, increased angiogenesis as well as T lymphocyte disorders are closelyassociated with the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
