摘要

Objective: To study the enhancement maximum slope of increase of magnetic resonanceangiography in patients with diabetes lower extremity arterial disease and its correlation withendothelial injury and oxidative stress. Methods: Patients with diabetes lower extremityarterial disease accepting 3D-CEMRA examination in our hospital between May 2013 andDecember 2015 were selected as the pathology group, and the enhancement maximum slopeof increase was measured; healthy volunteers receiving physical examination in our hospitalduring the same period were selected as control group, and serum levels of endothelialoxidative stress injury-related molecules of two groups of subjects were determined. Results:The enhancement maximum slope of increase of the lesion-side anterior tibial artery, posteriortibial artery, peroneal artery and dorsalis pedis artery of pathology group were significantlylower than those of the unaffected-side; serum CyPA, ERK1, ERK2, Akt, JAK, HO-1 and COcontent of pathology group were significantly higher than those of control group and negativelycorrelated with the enhancement maximum slope of increase of lower extremity while Prdx6,SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, eNOS and NO content were significantly lower than those of controlgroup and positively correlated with the enhancement maximum slope of increase of lowerextremity. Conclusion: The enhancement maximum slope of increase of magnetic resonanceangiography significantly reduces in patients with diabetes lower extremity arterial disease andis closely related to oxidative stress-induced endothelial injury as well as eNOS/NO and HO-1/CO system function change.
机译:目的:探讨糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者的磁共振血管造影增加最大斜率及其与内皮损伤和氧化应激的相关性。方法:选择2013年5月至2015年12月在我院接受3D-CEMRA检查的糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者作为病理学组,并测量最大增高斜率。选择同期在我院接受健康检查的健康志愿者作为对照组,并测定两组受试者的血清内皮氧化应激相关分子水平。结果:病理组病变侧胫骨前动脉,后胫骨动脉,腓骨动脉和足背动脉的最大增高最大幅度明显低于未受影响侧。病理组血清CyPA,ERK1,ERK2,Akt,JAK,HO-1和CO含量均显着高于对照组,与下肢增加最大斜率呈负相关,而Prdx6,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px, eNOS和NO含量明显低于对照组,与下肢增加的最大增强斜率呈正相关。结论:糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者磁共振血管造影的最大增加斜率明显降低,与氧化应激引起的内皮损伤以及eNOS / NO和HO-1 / CO系统功能改变密切相关。
