糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者磁共振血管造影的强化最大上升斜率评估及其与内皮损伤、氧化应激的相关性

         

摘要

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the enhancement maximum slope of increase of magnetic resonance angiography in pa-tients with diabetes lower extremity arterial disease and its correlation with endothelial injury and oxidative stress.Methods:Patients with diabetes lower extremity arterial disease accepting 3D-CEMRA examination in our hospital between May 2013 and December 201 5 were selected as the pathology group,and the enhancement maximum slope of increase was measured;healthy volunteers receiving physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group,and serum lev-els of endothelial oxidative stress injury-related molecules of two groups of subjects were determined.Results:The enhance-ment maximum slope of increase of the lesion-side anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery,peroneal artery and dorsalis pe-dis artery of pathology group were significantly lower than those of the unaffected-side;serum CyPA,ERK1,ERK2,Akt, JAK,HO-1 and CO content of pathology group were significantly higher than those of control group and negatively correlated with the enhancement maximum slope of increase of lower extremity while Prdx6,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,eNOS and NO con-tent were significantly lower than those of control group and positively correlated with the enhancement maximum slope of in-crease of lower extremity.Conclusions:The enhancement maximum slope of increase of magnetic resonance angiography signif-icantly reduces in patients with diabetes lower extremity arterial disease and is closely related to oxidative stress-induced endo-thelial injury as well as eNOS/NO and HO-1/CO system function change.%目的::研究糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者磁共振血管造影的强化最大上升斜率评估及其与与内皮损伤、氧化应激的相关性。方法:选择2013年5月~2105年12月期间在广东省东莞市道滘医院接受3D-CEMRA 检查的糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者作为病理组,测定强化最大上升斜率;选择同期在广东省东莞市道滘医院体检的健康志愿者作为对照组,测定两组受试者血清中内皮氧化应激损伤相关分子的含量。结果:病理组患者病变侧胫前动脉、胫后动脉、腓动脉、足背动脉的强化最大上升斜率均显著低于健康侧;病理组患者血清中 CyPA、ERK1、ERK2、Akt、JAK、HO-1、CO 的含量显著高于对照组且与下肢动脉强化最大上升斜率呈负相关,Prdx6、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、eNOS、NO 含量显著低于对照组且与下肢动脉强化最大上升斜率呈正相关。结论:糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者磁共振血管造影的强化最大上升斜率显著降低且与氧化应激所致内皮损伤、eNOS/NO 及 HO-1/CO 系统功能改变密切相关。
