Objective: To study the effect of adjuvant reduced glutathione therapy on vasoactive moleculesand oxidative stress in patients with cirrhosis-induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods: Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis-induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in No.215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry between June 2015 and March 2017 were selectedas the research subjects, and random number table was used to divide them into the GSHgroup who accepted reduced glutathione combined with conventional therapy and the controlgroup who accepted conventional therapy. Serum levels of liver function indexes, vasoactivemolecules and oxidative stress reaction molecules in two groups of patients were detectedbefore treatment and 3 d after treatment. Results: 3 d after treatment, serum ALT, AST, γ-GT,TBIL, PRA, AT-II, ALD, MDA, ox-LDL, AOPP and 8-OHdG levels of both groups of patientswere significantly lower than those before treatment while SOD, GSH-Px and CAT levels weresignificantly high than those before treatment, and serum ALT, AST, γ-GT, TBIL, PRA, ATII,ALD, MDA, ox-LDL, AOPP and 8-OHdG levels of GSH group were significantly lowerthan those of control group while SOD, GSH-Px and CAT levels were significantly higher thanthose of control group. Conclusion: The adjuvant reduced glutathione therapy for cirrhosisinducedupper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can improve the liver function, regulate thesecretion of vasoactive molecules and reduce the oxidative stress response.
机译:目的:研究辅助还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对肝硬化上消化道出血患者血管活性分子和氧化应激的影响。方法:2015年6月至2010年6月在陕西省核工业215医院诊断为肝硬化上消化道出血的患者选择2017年3月作为研究对象,并采用随机数表将其分为接受还原型谷胱甘肽联合常规治疗的GSH组和接受常规治疗的对照组。分别于治疗前和治疗后3 d,检测两组患者的血清肝功能指标,血管活性分子和氧化应激反应分子水平。结果:治疗后3 d,两组患者的血清ALT,AST,γ-GT,TBIL,PRA,AT-II,ALD,MDA,ox-LDL,AOPP和8-OHdG水平均明显低于治疗前。 GSH组的SOD,GSH-Px和CAT水平明显高于治疗前,血清ALT,AST,γ-GT,TBIL,PRA,ATII,ALD,MDA,ox-LDL,AOPP和8-OHdG水平均显着高于治疗前低于对照组,而SOD,GSH-Px和CAT水平显着高于对照组。结论:减少谷胱甘肽的佐剂治疗肝硬化引起的上消化道出血可以改善肝功能,调节血管活性分子的分泌并降低氧化应激反应。
