With the continuous improvement of people's living standards in recent years, after The 2008 Beijing OlympicGames and In august 2009 the State Council promulgated the “Regulations of national fitness”, nationwide fitness programmingin China increasingly active, and more and more groups participate in physical exercise. Thus sports healthfood demand is increasing year by year. But facing wide variety of health foods on the market and wall-to-wall advertising,people often don't know how to choice sports nutrition and health food. Safety of health foods has attracted the attentionof governments and internation alorganizations highly. So strengthening the health management of food hygiene is animportant topic on the health aspects of food safety in China.
