Implementation of risk adapted therapeutic strategy for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia – interim report of the pilot InPOG-ALL-15-01 study

The Indian Paediatric Oncology Group’s Indian CollaborativeChildhood Leukaemia study (InPOG-ALL-15 ICiCLe-ALL-14) is a multicentreclinical trial for treatment of children and adolescents with newly-diag-nosed acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). The primary objective of thetreatment protocol is to standardise treatment of ALL using risk-stratifiedtherapy using cytogenetics and minimal residual disease (MRD). The pre-trial study evaluated standardisation of cytogenetics and MRD testing anda clinical trials management system.
