In given article necessity and importance of working out of an experimental rough complex course ?Professional adaptation of teachers of economic disciplines to professional-pedagogical activity in the flight educational institution? is shown. The presented experimental rough complex course is prepared mainly for teachers of economic disciplines who do not specialize in topics on civil aviation, and who recently started pedagogical activity in the flight educational institution.
