The paper is devoted to conceptual judgement of social - professional units of innovation of the maintenance of vocational training. Priority problems of pedagogics connected to searching pathes of the solution of problems of forming creative person, development of individual abilities and talents of youth, security of conditions of self-realization of each pupil. Professional worth are essential amounting base competence and social - professional competence. During preparation to professional work they are driving in pedagogical, methodical, intellectual, spiritual self-improvement.
