In the article positive influence of the program of improvement of physical preparedness and motive activity of military women is proved in the different terms of military activity on development of force, to speed and endurance, and also on the general level of physical preparedness. Necessity of the count of stages of professional work during betterment of physical readiness demands knowledge of the terms of regeneration after physical and professional loads, opportunities of prophylactics, a cumulation of fatigue. It is recommended to lead a particular amount of special exercises and instructing.
