The article is dedicated to the theoretical substantiation of general didactic conditions in the usage of informational technology database in institution of higher education. The attempt to analyze the condition of modern informational technology database has also been made. Result of common didactic preparation of teachers should become formation of system of the generalized knowledge, skills and skills of application of information technologies at learning. Consequence of special preparation is their fixings, the concrete definition and transmission to new conditions.
