On the fractal dimension of the Duffing attractor

The box counting dimension dC and the correlation dimension dG change withthe number of numerically generated points forming the attractor. At a sufficiently largenumber of points the fractal dimension tends to a finite value. The obtained values aredC 1.43 and dG 1.38.
