Copper(I)-BINOL Catalyzed Domino Synthesis of 1,4-Benzoxathiines throughC(aryl)-O Bond Formation

摘要

1,4-benzoxathiine moieties can be synthesized by dominoSN2 ring opening of epoxide witho-halothiophenols followed by the copper(I)-BINOL catalyzed Ullmann-type coupling cyclization (intramolecularC(aryl)-O bond formation) with moderate to good yields.
