Schwannomas are slow growing benign nerve sheath tumors. They are not commonly seen in the oral cavity and the tongue is the most common site of [4] schwannomas found there. Here, we report a case of a tongue swelling presenting as a Papilloma clinically, which was histopathologically diagnosed as Schwannoma (Neurilemmoma) and discuss its clinical presentation, histological features and management.
