Assessment and Management of Challenging BI-RADS Category 3 Mammographic Lesions

Classification of BI-RADS category 3 lesions can be difficult because lesions inappropriately assigned to this category often represent the most challenging cases; examples of appropriate and inappropriate assignments are presented to help radiologists avoid common pitfalls associated with an inappropriate BI-RADS category 3 assessment.
