摘要

:Objective To investigate the influencing factors of menstrual disorders among 347 nurses working in hospital, and provide reference for developing appropriate countermeasures. Methods A total of 352 nurses working in a tertiary hospital were collected by a cluster sampling method. A questionnaire-based survey about general information and risk factors of menstrual disorders was conducted. Results 〓There were only 24(6.92%)nurses without menstrual disorders. Three main factors were related to menstrual disorders of nurses, including excessive fatigue, learning tense and environment. Conclusion 〓The incidence of menstrual disorders was relatively higher in this study. It is required to carry out corresponding countermeasures against the main influencing factors.
机译::目的探讨347例在职护士月经失调的影响因素,为制定相应对策提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,对三级医院352名护士进行调查。进行了有关月经失调的一般信息和危险因素的问卷调查。结果〓仅有24例(6.92%)无月经失调的护士。护士的月经失调与三个主要因素有关,包括过度疲劳,学习紧张和环境。结论〓本研究发现月经失调的发生率较高。需要针对主要影响因素采取相应的对策。
