347名医院护士月经失调影响因素分析及干预对策

摘要

：Objective To investigate the influencing factors of menstrual disorders among 347 nurses working in hospital, and provide reference for developing appropriate countermeasures. Methods A total of 352 nurses working in a tertiary hospital were collected by a cluster sampling method. A questionnaire-based survey about general information and risk factors of menstrual disorders was conducted. Results 〓There were only 24(6.92%)nurses without menstrual disorders. Three main factors were related to menstrual disorders of nurses, including excessive fatigue, learning tense and environment. Conclusion 〓The incidence of menstrual disorders was relatively higher in this study. It is required to carry out corresponding countermeasures against the main influencing factors.
