预见性护理干预在降低患者跌倒、坠床风险中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing intervention on reducing the risk of fall and falling out of bed in patients during hospitalization. Methods A total of 2384 inpatients from October 2012 to December 2013 were set as control group retrospectively, receiving conventional nursing care. The predictive nursing intervention based on risk assessment scale of fall and falling out of bed was performed additionally in 2 432 inpatients (as observation group) from October 2013 to December 2014. The incidence of fall and falling out of bed were compared between two groups. Results Incidence of fall and falling out of bed were significant lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of fall and falling out of bed.
