腹腔镜手术老年患者领悟社会支持与心理一致感的相关性分析

摘要

：Objective To investigate the relationship between perceived social support and sense of coherence in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 〓A questionnaire survey was conducted to 150 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery by using Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13). Results 〓The score of PSSS was(58.91±8.07)and the score of SOC-13 was(59.73±8.73), which were at a medium level. The perceived social support was positively correlated with the sense of coherence(P0.01). Conclusion 〓The perceived social support and sense of coherence needs to be improved in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. It is required to strengthen the evaluation on patients' social support system and take targeted measures l, thereby enhancing the patient's sense of coherence and promoting physical and mental health.
