摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude of nursing students to nurses' standardized training system, and to provide the basis for improving relevant policies. Methods 〓A convenient sampling method was used to recruit nursing students. A survey based on the self-designed questionnaire was conducted to 230 recruited nursing students. SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the collected data. Results 〓A total of 190 nursing students completed the questionnaire, and the effective collection rate was 82.61%(190/230). The results showed that the awareness of nursing students to nurses' standardized training policies was dominated by“partial understanding”. In terms of attitudes to nurses' standardized training, there were statistically differences on hospital-related policies, quality of teachers and general attitudes toward training between nursing students with different educational level(P0.05). Conclusion 〓It is necessary to increase publicity through multiple channels due to low awareness of nursing students to nurses' standardized training. More efforts should be made to improve supporting policies, motivate nursing students, and promote the overall quality of the nurse team.
