运用失效模式与效应分析构建导尿管维护策略

摘要

Abstract：A multidisciplinary team of experts was established to discuss the process of catheter maintenance, analyze the possible failure modes and the causes of the failure, calculate the risk priority index according to the expert-developed scoring criteria, screen high-risk links for intervention, and formulate effective intervention strategies. Catheter maintenance included four main processes and 14 sub-processes: evaluation, perineal care, drainage and replacement, and urine specimen collection. Finally, there were 11 potential failure modes formed to form an intervention strategy. The failure mode and effect analysis method can identify the high risk in the catheterization and form a targeted intervention strategy.
