精细化护理干预模式在四肢骨折患者围手术期中的应用

：Objective To analyze the effect of refine operating room nursing in peri-operative patients with limb fractures. Methods 〓Totally 42 patients receiving routine operating room nursing from February to November 2016 were selected as control group, while 42 cases receiving refine operating room nursing from December 2016 to September 2017 were as research group. The nursing quality, incidence of nursing error events, and sample pass rate of both groups were compared. Results 〓The sample pass rate and nursing quality in research group were superior to those in control group(P0.05). The incidence of nursing error events of research group was 2.38%(1/42), lower than that ［14.29%(6/42)］ of control group(χ2=3.896,P=0.048). Conclusion 〓Refine operating room nursing can obviously reduce occurrence risk of peri-operative nursing error events, and improve the nursing quality of operating room.
