康复助手APP在脑卒中患者居家康复护理中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the recover assistant APP in home-based rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients. Methods  Totally 120 stroke patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine treatment and nursing management. The recover assistant APP was used in the observation group during follow-up, while the control group was given routine health education after discharge. The relevant indexes of two groups of patients on the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge were compared. Results  Three months after discharge, the home-based functional exercise compliance, ability of self-management, activities of daily life,and FugI-Meyer assessment in observation group were better than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion  The implementation of Recover Assistant APP can improve patients’ home-based functional exercise compliance, ability of self-management and activities of daily living in stroke patients after discharge.
