摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of preoperative education with Flash animation on the uncertainty in illness among the patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods A total of 100 patients with PCI were extracted by convenience sampling method, and were divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received the routine health guidance implemented by nurses, while an additional Flash animationbased education was added to the experimental group. Both groups of patients were investigated with Mishel uncertainty in illness scale (MUIS, Chinese version) before surgery. Results The MUIS scores of patients in the experimental group was lower than that of patients in the control  group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional education combined with information support by Flash animation  can reduce the uncertainty of the disease in patients with PCI.
机译:摘要:目的探讨Flash动画的术前教育对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者疾病不确定性的影响。方法采用便利取样法抽取100例PCI患者,分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。两组均接受了护士实施的常规健康指导,同时在实验组中增加了基于Flash动画的教育。两组患者均在手术前进行了Mishel不确定的疾病量表(MUIS,中文版)调查。结果实验组患者的MUIS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论传统教育结合Flash动画的信息支持可以减少PCI患者疾病的不确定性。
