集束化护理在胃恶性肿瘤患者术后PICC置管维护中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles for patients with peripherally inserted central catheterization(PICC)after the surgery for malignant gastric tumor. Methods 〓Totally 120 patients with PICC after the surgery for malignant gastric tumor were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients of both two group received routine measures of PICC maintenance, and those in the observation group received extra care bundles. The incidence of PICC-related complications, rate of unplanned catheter withdrawal and satisfactory degree of patients were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of PICC-related complications and rate of unplanned catheter withdrawal were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Patients in the observation were more satisfied with nursing service compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The care bundles are potentially effective to reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications in patients with PICC after the surgery for malignant gastric tumor.
