：This paper summarized the nursing management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in flexible ureteroscopy and Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for the treatment of acute renal failure due to urinary calculus-induced obstruction. Integrated nursing interventions included psychological care, position care, pain control, moxibustion, acupoint pressure therapy and so on.
