摘要

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the mind mapping in health education for patients with intracoronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 142 patients undergoing intracoronary stent implantation were randomly divided into the control group(n=70)and the observation group(n=72). The control group was given conventional health education, and the observation group was applied with mind mapping-assisted health education. The disease awareness, satisfaction to health education and postoperative compliance were compared between two groups. Results The score in assessment of disease awareness and satisfaction to health education was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P0.05). Patients in the observation had higher score of postoperative compliance compared with those in the control group at 1, 2 and 3 months after operation(P0.05). Conclusion Application of mind mapping is an effective way of health education for patients with intracoronary stent implantation. It can improve the disease awareness and postoperative compliance in patients.
机译:摘要:目的评价冠状动脉内支架植入术患者健康教育中的思维导图。方法将142例行冠状动脉内支架置入术的患者随机分为对照组(n = 70)和观察组(n = 72)。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组进行思维导图辅助健康教育。比较两组的疾病意识,健康教育满意度和术后依从性。结果观察组对疾病意识和健康教育满意度的评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者术后1、2、3个月的术后依从性评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论思维导图的应用是行冠状动脉支架植入术患者健康教育的有效途径。它可以提高患者的疾病意识和术后顺应性。
