经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中临床护理路径的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of clinical nursing pathway on perioperative nursing quality in percutaneous coronary intervention treatment(PCI). Methods 〓Totally 40 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes(NSTE-ACS)were recruited as the control group between Jan, 2017 and April, 2017, receiving the routine nursing management during PCI treatment by transradial approach. Another 40 NSTE-ACS patients were included as the observation group between May, 2017 and August, 2017, receiving clinical nursing pathway during PCI treatment by transradial approach. The nursing quality index including general nursing, grading nursing and health education, were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The score in quality assessment of general nursing, grading nursing and health education were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion In PCI treatment for NSTE-ACS, the clinical nursing pathway may improve the perioperative nursing quality, regulate the nursing behavior and enhance the health education efficacy.
