临床护理路径在甲状腺癌术后行131I治疗患者中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path for patients undergoing 131I therapy after thyroidectomy for thyroid carcinoma. Methods   Totally 120 patients undergoing 131I therapy after thyroidectomy for thyroid carcinoma were assigned to the intervention group and the control group. The control group received routine care during treatment, and the clinical nursing path was carried out in the intervention group. The knowledge level on disease and radiological protection and satisfaction degree of patients were evaluated. Results   Patients in the intervention group were more aware of disease and radiological protection knowledge compared with those in the control group(P0.01). The overall satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group than that of controls(P0.05). Conclusion   The clinical nursing path has good effect on the management of thyroid carcinoma patients with 131I therapy, which can enhance the awareness of patients on disease and radiological protection.
