Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative pain of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases for each group. Both two groups received routine care after operation, and the evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group additionally. The visual analogue scale(VAS)on postoperative pain and pain lasting time were observed. Results The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that of controls at 5 days after operation(P0.05). Patients in the observation group had a shorter lasting time of pain compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and shorten the lasting time of pain in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
