Chlorthalonil 75WP (82.4% inhibition) was found to be significantly superior among the four non-systemic fungicides evaluated in vitro against E. ampelina-Ea3 isolate at different concentrations. Among the systemic fungicides?hexaconazole 5E (100% inhibition) was found to be significantly superior fungicide followed by carbendazim 50WP (97.5%?inhibition) and thiophanate methyl 70WP (89.3% inhibition) at different concentrations screened in vitro. The fungicides revealed higher efficacy with the increase in concentration levels. Onion extract 10% (78.0% inhibition) was significantly?superior and was at par with garlic extract 10% (72.2% inhibition) and Trichoderma harzianum (BJP, native strain) @108spores/?ml (69.9% inhibition) among the different bioagents and botanicals evaluated.
