Modifying lifestyle behaviors has the potential to prevent progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) to end-stage kidney dis- ease. However, behavioral techniques in lifestyle interventions for CKD are not well described. The aim of this review was to identify and evaluate behavior change techniques and intervention functions applied to lifestyle interventions for preventing the progression of CKD.
