This paper is devoted to studying the growth and oscillation of higher order differential polynomial with meromorphic coefficients generated by meromorphic solutions of the linear differential equation $f^{left( kight) }+Aleft( zight) f=0 left( kgeq 2 ight)$, where $A$ is a meromorphic function in the complex plane.
